What This Role Really Is You are not here to simply send messages. You are here to: Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively. Start conversations with potential clients. Identify real opportunities and move them forward. Book qualified appointments for the sales team. Maintain clean and accurate CRM records. Follow up consistently with prospects. Your job is to turn interest into real sales conversations. What This Role Is NOT This is not for someone who: Avoids outreach. Gets discouraged by rejection. Needs constant supervision. Is uncomfortable with performance metrics. Sales requires consistency and resilience. What Success Looks Like Within 90 days, you: Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Consistently book qualified appointments. Improve response and conversion rates. Build strong communication with prospects. You create momentum for the sales team.
