About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage our "live" environment. Whether we are recording high-quality course content or broadcasting live webinars to hundreds of investors, you are the person behind the glass ensuring every technical detail is perfect. You must be comfortable troubleshooting hardware on the fly and managing complex virtual event platforms to ensure our audio sounds crisp, our lighting is flattering, and our feeds never drop.
What You'll Do
- Operate video switchers to cut between cameras and slides during live presentations and recordings.
- Manage all audio routing, including mic leveling and mix-minus setups for remote guests.
- Set up and break down cameras, teleprompters, and lighting grids for various shoot types.
- Act as the technical host for virtual events, managing the backend of Zoom, Teams, or Webinar platforms.
- Connect studio-grade hardware to virtual platforms to ensure high-end cinema and audio quality.
- Maintain the health of all studio gear, including cable organization and firmware updates.
- Serve as the first line of defense for troubleshooting hardware and signal flow issues.
- Ensure the studio facility remains organized and ready for immediate production at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Must be able to work On-Site daily; this is a hardware-focused role that cannot be done remotely.
- 2–5 years of hands-on A/V experience (Church production, Live Events, or Corporate Video).
- Proven experience running video switchers (e.g., Blackmagic ATEM, Roland) and audio mixers.
- Knowledge of Mirrorless/Cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic) and live output configuration.
- Technical proficiency with OBS, vMix, or hardware encoders.
- Deep understanding of Zoom and Webinar platforms for high-quality video conferencing.
- A technical problem solver who can trace signal flows (HDMI/SDI/XLR) to fix issues in seconds.
- Highly organized individual who maintains a tidy, professional, and "shoot-ready" environment.
