Let’s be clear. This isn’t a “follow-the-steps” kind of role. At DAP Brands, we build systems that scale. We move fast, automate aggressively, and continuously optimize how work gets done across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically capable, and solution-driven Integrations Associate who doesn’t just execute tasks but understands how systems connect, why they break, and how to make them better. What You'll Do
Build & Maintain Integrations
Set up, test, launch, and maintain automations using tools like Zapier, Make, and GoHighLevel. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term fixes—not band-aid solutions.
Optimize Workflows
Identify gaps in current processes and design smarter, more efficient systems. Work cross-functionally to understand needs and translate them into scalable automations.
Handle Technical Problem-Solving
Work with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL) to resolve sync issues, errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Document & Enable Teams
Create clear documentation for workflows and systems. Support internal teams by helping them understand and effectively use new automations.
Tools You’ll Work With:
1. Automation & Integrations: Zapier, Make, Webhooks
2. CRMs & Operations: GoHighLevel, Stripe, ClickUp
3. Collaboration: Google Sheets, Zoom, Google Workspace
4. Technical Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, APIs
