We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can help lead the next phase of growth by aligning technology, AI innovation, product development, and engineering execution with the long-term vision of the company. What You'll Do

Lead the long-term technology and AI vision of the company

Oversee internal and outsourced engineering teams

Build scalable systems, infrastructure, and workflows

Implement AI-driven systems and automation across the organization

Improve engineering productivity and execution using AI tools

Architect and scale AI-powered experiences inside the platform

Evaluate and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into products and operations

Build or oversee AI agents that improve support, onboarding, fulfillment, and internal efficiency

Improve engineering accountability, sequencing, and delivery

Drive product innovation and platform stability

Ensure proper prioritization, project management, and execution

Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Manage technology budgets, vendors, infrastructure, and technical risk

Improve platform security, compliance, and operational reliability

Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering talent

Build systems and processes that support long-term scale

Align technology initiatives with customer experience and business outcomes

What We're Looking For

5+ years leading software engineering or technology teams

Experience leading SaaS platforms or technology-driven companies

Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, infrastructure, and product development

Experience implementing AI systems into software products or business operations

Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-powered workflows, or AI applications

Understanding of AI-assisted software development environments and modern engineering workflows

Experience managing developers, vendors, and outsourced teams

Strong operational leadership and organizational skills

Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality and accountability

Strong communication and decision-making abilities

Experience in high-growth environments preferred

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution and results
