What This Role Is NOT This is not for someone who: Relies only on inbound leads. Avoids networking and outreach. Needs constant direction. Is uncomfortable initiating conversations. Business development requires initiative and creativity. What Success Looks Like Within 90 days, you: Develop new lead sources and partnerships. Create consistent outbound opportunities. Build relationships that open revenue channels. Support expansion into new audiences or markets. You help expand the company’s reach. The Profile That Thrives Here You likely: Have experience in business development or outbound sales. Are comfortable building relationships from scratch. Communicate clearly and confidently.
