DAP Brands is seeking a results-driven, competitive, and highly strategic Experienced Media Buyer who thrives on performance and winning big. This role goes beyond placing ads. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of ROI-driven campaigns, uncover high-impact advertising opportunities, and continuously optimize performance in the competitive US market.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with campaign objectives and ROI targets.

Research and analyze media channels, audience demographics, and market trends to identify optimal advertising opportunities.

Negotiate media rates, placements, and contracts with vendors to secure cost-effective and high-performing deals.

Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to build integrated media plans aligned with overall marketing goals.

Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to optimize media spend and improve results.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to drive innovation and strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer, Media Planner, or similar role, preferably within the US market.

Strong understanding of media planning principles, advertising channels, and industry best practices.

Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with media vendors.

Proficiency in media buying tools and advertising platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
