Investment Advisory / Wealth Management
Remote / Hybrid (Flexible)
Full-time
$60,000 Base + Revenue Share (Uncapped Potential)

About This Role

We are looking for a trusted partner who provides sound fiduciary advice and ensures that when we make a promise to a client, we deliver on it. You will work alongside our Tax Strategists to deliver holistic wealth management, moving beyond simple "stock picking" to own the day-to-day client experience and ensure specific results for every household in your portfolio.

What You'll Do

Act as the dedicated advisor and primary point of contact for a book of households.

Own the client experience, ensuring tasks like moving money or opening accounts are handled immediately.

Guarantee trust and execution by ensuring all promised trades and reports are completed accurately and on time.

Provide personalized fiduciary investment recommendations based on client goals and risk tolerance.

Conduct regular portfolio reviews via Zoom or in-person, explaining market activity in plain English.

Collaborate with internal Tax Strategists to align investment decisions with client tax plans.

Identify opportunities to consolidate held-away assets and increase "wallet share" through value.

Maintain high client retention through proactive communication, especially during market volatility.

What We're Looking For

Must hold (or be eligible to immediately sit for) the Series 65 or Series 66 license.

3+ years of client-facing experience in Wealth Management or Financial Planning.

Proven track record of managing client relationships and "putting out fires" with grace.

The "Finisher" mindset: A professional who follows through and never leaves tasks 90% done.

High level of empathy for handling emotional conversations regarding money and life goals.

Tech-savvy: Comfortable with industry-standard CRMs, financial planning software, and custodial platforms.
