50,000 to 75,000 dollars base salary. You also get performance bonuses. The bonus potential for top performers will easily clear over 100,000 dollars total.

Our flagship product is Tax Maverick. Since 2023, we have helped CPAs, accountants, tax firms, and bookkeeping firms scale their businesses. We do this by equipping them with elite tax planning tools and world class support. We are a team of 62 high performers and we are growing fast. We all share one massive mission. We want to elevate the tax industry by helping professionals operate as true advisors, not just preparers. Our target is clear. We will actively serve 2,000 firms by the end of 2029. We are also scaling our operations to 100 million dollars in annual revenue. We are not building a team to maintain. We are building a team to scale. Where You Will Work Client Success Department You will work in the Client Success Department. This team is the core of our customer experience for Tax Maverick. Our managers play a critical role in helping firms get results and grow their revenue. This is not a simple support role. It is a relationship driven and highly strategic role. You are the ultimate partner to our clients. You will directly influence client results, community culture, and company revenue. What You Will Do -Strategic Onboarding: Bring new firms on board quickly so they see value right away. -Software Mastery: Help firms implement Tax Maverick effectively. This helps them uncover massive tax savings for their clients. -Performance Meetings: Host calls, check ins, and success reviews to keep firm owners on track. -Accountability and Coaching: Provide accountability, coaching, and strategic direction to push clients past their biggest problems. -Lifecycle Management: Manage retention, renewals, and ascensions into our top tier programs. -Proactive Problem Solving: Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive outcomes. You fix problems before the client even notices them. -Travel and Recognition: This role may include travel. You will also have opportunities to be highlighted in national publications as a leader in our field! What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

These qualifications are helpful but not required:

• USA-based or CST/EST availability

• 4+ years Client Success or Account Management

• SaaS or subscription-based company experience

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to travel if needed

• Familiar with renewals, retention, and expansion sales

• Experience managing 75–150+ clients

• Experience with CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp
