DAP Brands is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and high-performing Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling and brand consistency. This role goes beyond execution. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, take ownership of design projects, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce visually compelling assets that drive engagement and results. Experience in funnel building is a strong plus for designers who enjoy performance-driven marketing environments.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, funnels, and print materials.
Design visually engaging, on-brand graphics, illustrations, and layouts aligned with company branding and messaging.
Produce high-quality designs from concept through completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate visual content.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
Excellent creative, conceptual, and visual design skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Experience in funnel building is a plus but not required.
